When I was on cable internet of wlink, I even referred Yalamber Subba (Previous Commenter on this post) to move to wlink if he had problem with subisu, and that the most stupid suggestion I ever gave to any of my friend… And sometimes they even asked me to restart my router and the device I paid them 2000 for rental.įor sure, these proudly wlink don’t have a minute time to waste for cheap customers like us and they don’t have a shame shouting like RETARDS that they are leading ISP in Nepal, shame ON YOU WLINK

So he will be in your home tomorrow” and there was nobody. Binod Shrestha of Maharajgunj Branch will be in field visit as its assigned to him. Everytime I called, i had the same response “Mr. Everyday I had to call their stupid helpline 2-3 times a day and still didn’t get even a single solution. but, HOLY COW, the internet got even got worst than when I was in their cable connection. So i feed them another 2000 for wi-zoom installation with 3500/month for 512kbps internet. WOW… wlink is just fu**ed up… 2000 for first cable internet installation charge and 1700 per month for 256kbps, soon after 1 month of installation, they seemed to have backup problems, so i had no option than to move to their so calledd wi-zoom as they promised that wi-zoom won’t have any backup problem since I would be in direct connection with their poor-helpless APs’.

If they also are same then why should i pay higher and change my ISP ?įolks, put your experience about your ISP in the comment box below. I know, wlink also doesn’t answer any emails but i was expecting this from SUBISU. UNLUCKY guys !!! They should value and answer every customer. But, its SUBISU who could have got me as new customer. Now, i won’t be changing any ISP for at least 6 months and during these 6 months i am sure wlink will come up with great package. Wlink has various problem with wordpress, vbulletin and many other sites so i will have to buy a VPN which costs me extra $60 per year. I UPGRADED my Internet Connection to 1Mbps with 30GB volume every month. WTF ? Shared 1mbps was only for Nrs.1000 for Internet access is only ? I had other option that taking the wireless 1mbps of Wlink. They gave me a proposal of 1mbps connection and the rate was 40000Nrs. However, this was not the solution for me.I again contacted radius ISP in Nepal. Pancha Bir Chaudhary replied me once asking my telephone. I re-emailed them again telling that you guys are not serious about me ? I am going to be your new customer for long time, but i was unable to get any reply from them. I asked them few question, however, they ended up by just asking my mobile number. I found subisu providing 1 mbps connection Nrs.6000 per month and i emailed them. I have also been telling about their poor services.
